A wonderful Neo-Classical bronze of two wrestlers by the noted German Sculptor Philipp E. Hamburger. He was active in the period between 1890-1914. The bronze is beautifully patinated and mounted on black marble base. Exquisite casting and detail. It is signed E. Hamburger on one side. The bronze is in good condition with some minor surface imperfections and some surface wear.
