A beautiful pair of high back French Louis XV style gilt armchairs. Nicely upholstered in cotton Chintz fabric with nailhead detailing. Silk back pillows are included. We just acquired these out of a magnificent Palm Springs estate along with some beautiful custom pieces and Michael Taylor furniture.
These chairs are likely American made by high end design firm like the rest of the furniture.
The upholstery is in wonderful condition, although there are some retouched gilt spots and some minor nicks and missing gilt spots.
