Great Abstract Artist Made Rotating Gear Cube

A wonderful construction made from found parts. The cube rotates. A wonderful sculpture handmade and welded. No signature that we can find. There were a few layers of paint on this that we had stripped off. It still remains on the bottom.
The top lifts of the base.
