Wonderful Victorian hand painted window with floral motif

A wonderful iron Victorian window with some hand painted panels. I have tried to capture the beauty of the painting but they panels are truly beautiful. The hinges are rusted and will need to be replaced and there are two panels that have cracks, neither of these panels have any painting on them. I cleaned the front or the painted sides, but left the back as we found them, so that explains the orange and other dirt showing through which will need to be cleaned. Some of the putty is missing around the edges but in general the glass is sturdy.
