Native American Indian pouch or bag beaded with mickey mouse

An unusual item we came across is this early 20th century Native American beaded bag or pouch with a floral scheme on one side and a pattern on the other. This side has a Mickey mouse drawn in ink and has the words April 12 24 written on it. The strap is held on by pins. I am not an expert on these items but I do know that it is a Native American Indian Bag or Pouch and most likely from the first half of the 20th century. I don’t know which tribe or part of the country it is from, but it is made of deerskin and of excellent quality, not a tourist made item.
