A very elegant design, this three tiered console table or etagere has an ebonised finish. It has brass accents to the leg bottoms and the flared edges are wonderful. An unusual pedestal probably meant as a table base as it measures 28.5 inches tall. Add a piece of round glass and you’ve got the perfect dining height. Probably bench made and custom designed, this circa 1980′s server or console table is solid teakwood and quite heavy. It features an inset piece of greenish marble. It is well made and although screwed in underneath also features dowels on the legs attachments. A beautifully designed Hungarian period Art Deco lacquered wood round table with an inset black glass top. We purchased this piece in Hungary from a reputable source that’s why we are attributing it to Hungary. It has a very French feel to it though.
