I would guess that the the table was re-done sometime in the 1980&#8242;s although it could be earlier. The table is of extremely high quality and is clearly older with nice construction and flat head screws.]]></description>

It has wonderfully detailed cast brass decorations, including a butterfly, turtle and tiger among other cvharacters and symbolic figures. I believe it is lacquer over wood.]]></description>
